Project Evaluation

Each time we look at a job here at Hoge Lumber, we give it a thorough analysis and several departments may get involved.  Every project is different and unique.  Many times our seasoned project managers will have had experience with many of the same requirements before.  Maybe there’s new technology or better value offered in new methods and materials to get the job done.  Our team of specialists will help assess the specifications and other particulars to price the job and provide our recommendations to present the best value to the customer

This early phase is very important to ensure that the project not only meets the quality demands, but that everything is evaluated from procurement of materials, determining production deadlines and maintaining the cost controls to avoid overages.  Project evaluation is a basic foundation of the success of the final product.
